Q : Do I have to submit my credit card information to hold my reservation? A : Yes. A credit card will be required to hold your reservation, although your credit card will not be charged or processed until after all services are performed. |
Q : Do I have the option of directly paying the chauffeur for my services? A : Yes. Chicago Limo offers two payment methods: 1.) You may pay by credit card though our reservationist or 2.) You may pay the chauffeur cash. Unfortunately, the chauffeurs cannot accept credit cards. If your decision is the pay the chauffeur cash, Chicago Limo will ask that you “hold” your reservation with a major credit card. |
Q : What is a standard gratuity for the chauffeur? A : With all Flat-Rate Fares to and from the airports or downtown to the Loop, all gratuities to the chauffeur are optional. The standard gratuity for limousine services is 20%. For all Hourly Charter Services, this 20% gratuity is added to the fare. |
Q : Why is there a $2.00 additional fee for pick-ups from the airports? A : On all pick-ups from O’Hare Airport and Midway Airport, the City of Chicago charges a $2.00 tax per limousine. |
Q : What should I do with the coupon I have for a reduced fare? A : All coupons should be mentioned during the reservation process and presented to the chauffeur upon your initial pick-up. |
