A Flat-Rate Fare is for service to O’Hare Airport, Midway Airport or downtown to the Loop. This is a one-way or round-trip fare, whereby the chauffeur will simply drop you off or pick you up at the time you specifically reserve.  An Hourly Charter Service occurs when the chauffeur picks you up at scheduled time and remains at your service during the entire period you have reserved the limousine, eventually dropping you off at the end of your day/evening.  By reserving an Hourly Charter Service, you have the freedom to direct the chauffeur to any number of destinations throughout your outing..

The reservationist will supply you with a cell phone number to call the chauffeur directly upon your arrival at the airport.  Please make sure that you have already claimed your baggage before you call the chauffeur for your pick-up.

When you call the chauffeur informing him/her that you are ready to be picked-up, you will be asked for the number of the door you exit outside of baggage claim.  These doors are clearly marked.

Absolutely.  Your chauffeur will have your inbound flight information and will closely monitor any delays.  Your chauffeur will be waiting for you upon your arrival.
